Trainar is an AI-powered running coach built and operated by Kastrup Concepts. It connects to your Strava or Garmin Connect account, analyzes your activity data, and uses Claude AI to provide training plans and coaching conversations.
Trainar is not a medical service, a licensed health or fitness professional, or a substitute for professional advice. The training suggestions provided by Trainar are generated by an AI model and should be treated as general guidance only.
Trainar uses third-party AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate responses. While we strive to provide helpful and appropriate coaching, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Kastrup Concepts does not review or approve individual AI responses and is not responsible for the content generated by the AI.
The content provided by Trainar does not constitute medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or intensifying any exercise or training program.
Running and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury. By using Trainar, you acknowledge that you participate in any training activities at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your physical activity and wellbeing.
Kastrup Concepts is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes that may result from following training plans, coaching advice, or any other suggestions provided by Trainar.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kastrup Concepts and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Trainar, including but not limited to:
Trainar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any training advice, plans, or coaching provided by the AI.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Trainar. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You can reset your settings or permanently delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
Kastrup Concepts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using Trainar and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Trainar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Trainar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
