A PDF plan doesn’t know how your training is actually going. Trainar reads every run you upload to Strava, adjusts your plan when you miss workouts or need recovery, and answers real questions about your training in plain language.
Trainar supports everything from 5K and 10K to half marathon and marathon, plus custom distances. Tell the coach what you’re training for and when, and it builds a plan backwards from race day.
Yes — every account gets 15 coaching credits per month for free, which covers chat messages and plan generations. Pro (29 DKK/month) unlocks 250 credits, per-kilometer pace analysis, and unlimited race tracking. You can cancel Pro anytime.
Your activity data is used only to coach you. Trainar doesn’t share your runs, paces, or training data with anyone, and you can delete your account and revoke Strava access at any time from the profile page.
Strava is currently the primary way to sync runs automatically. Garmin integration is in the works.
